EMS keeps your Contact Information Confidential

www.emsglobalservices.com is an internet marketplace that directly connects people or companies with IT service related needs to businesses and individuals that can meet this need. EMS is the sole owner of all information collected on this website.

EMS will contact all Providers with a Project Notification email whenever a new project / work order is posted to our dispatch board. The Provider can accept the service call / project or submit a counter offer and proposal for the project and our system will disclose their personal information (i.e. name, address and phone number) to the potential Buyer. When a Provider bid, accepts or submits a counter offer for a project, the Buyer receives the information in their Buyer account on EMS site and by email. The Provider's contact information is only available to the Buyer after the Provider bid, accepts or submits a counter offer for their project. Buyer contact information is never revealed to Providers. If a buyer lists their website address for reference, Providers are forbidden to contact the customer directly.

Email Communications from EMS

EMS sends all approved Buyers and Providers members a welcome email with a verification code to verify their account and email addresses and to instruct them on their next procedures. There are times when, EMS sends updates and announcements to its registered buyers and providers. Members cannot unsubscribe from these emails that discuss upcoming changes that affect their EMS accounts. We additionally communicate with registered members via personal emails to provide requested services.

Updating Personal Information

Registered Buyers and Providers at any time may correct or update their personal data listed on EMS.com. Any Buyer or Provider who desires to terminate services with EMS may delete their accounts at any time or have an EMS representative do it for them.

Frequently Asked questions and Answers:

Is it safe to give www.emsglobalservices.com my credit card information?

Our site uses the best Internet security. The server is a secure server, and all our payment-related pages use secure socket encryption. That means all the information you give us is safe at all times and can only be accessed by EMS . EMS use Paypal as merchant tools. Entire industry knows how PayPal protects sellers in ways that many other financial institutions don't. For instance credit card companies often charge for their fraud prevention tools, but at PayPal you'll find the same tools free. Not only that, but unlike many of our competitors, PayPal 's fraud experts work behind the scenes, monitoring activity and possible fraud indicators to help ensure an extremely safe network.
